Art and creativity should always be about self expression and pleasure in creating, always avoiding comparison and loving what you do, seems in the instagram age it seems to focus more on a popularity contest (some of my favourite people that do the most beautiful things don’t necessarily have the biggest followings)
I’m always inspired by other creative types that I’m fortunate to discover thru my work and friends, artists, and other magic makers, case in point Hunter Amos
