So how are you doing in isolation? Its not been easy but we have been mostly quite lucky here in Australia as people have mostly been following the rules and lowering the curve.
I must admit some days have been great and I have been super motivated and productive but then there are other days were I feel like I should have stayed in bed on those days I try to be kind to myself and remember how lucky I am especially to have my Boston Terrier Sophia.
