Lets face it we are all busy and stressed and lead hectic lives with busy schedules often created by ourselves, My brain at the end of the day is often fried! anything that can help to reduce stress is a good thing and I’m always open to new things. I think it’s all about managing our work / play balance – something that I struggle to do myself .
