Sarah Trotter and Romy Ash – trotski & ash have been cooking together and blogging for five years. Their recipes have been published in Kinfolk and Yen magazine. Their photographer friend Lauren Bamford always takes the photographs. All three of them have other lives: Sarah is a designer, Romy a writer, Lauren a photographer, but sometimes ceramicist. The blog is where they come together, to celebrate the connection between kitchen, table and friendship.
Each year they make a calendar that doubles as a collection of recipes. For their Christmas offering this year they decided to do something a little different. This year’s calendar is a tea towel.
But there are no months, just beautiful illustrations of fruit and vegetables.
