Featherston’s iconic chair designs are back in production! (re)launched recently in Melbourne Featherston 2016 is reintroduction of a range of chairs from the Grant Featherston archive. The collection is sold exclusively through Grazia and Co manufactured by long-term featherstone maker Gordon Mather Industries the range includes a variety of pieces designed from the late 1940’s to mid 1970’s. My favourite (I LOVE!) the b150 obo chair it’s a flexible high density moulded polyurethane foam ball with reflex memory and a removable upholstered zipper cover c. 1974 ( seen below in green, that was a very good year)
