Recipe thanks to my friends at Brookies Gin for a “Mac Colada”
Glass : Tall
Ingredients : 30ml Mac Liqueur, 20 ml white rum, 75ml Papapya juice, 30ml coconut cream, 15ml lime juice, 2 dashes of bitters
Method : Shake with Ice & double strain into ice filled glass
Garnish : Dried Papaya & a lime twist
